What is a Certificate of Currency?
A Certificate of Currency is a document confirming that your insurance policy is current and includes details of the sums insured, the policy type, the premium paid as well as the policy expiry date. A Certificate of Currency represents information current at the time and day of your request.

How will I receive my Certificate of Currency?
You will receive an email with a link to the certificate of currency which will be available for a period of 3 days between the hours of 6am to 11pm AEST Monday to Saturday and 6am to 5pm AEST Sunday. The document will be available as a downloadable and printable Adobe Acrobat Portable Document (PDF). You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader software to view and print the document – this software is available free at: Adobe Acrobat
Request a Certificate of Currency Via Fax or Post
Please note there is a cost associated with this service. You can contact your local branch to request a Certificate of Currency via Fax or Post. If you have requested a copy be sent to you via fax or post, your request will be processed within 3 working days from the date received. However please allow up to two weeks for postal delivery within Australia.
